A proclamation ceremony on October 1 at Floyd & Mae McCoy Memorial Park will celebrate the milestone, held in partnership with the Adams County Health and Wellness Coalition. Nestled in the Appalachian Foothills along the Sinking Spring Section of the Buckeye Trail, Peebles is home to the world-renowned Serpent Mound and has a long history of conservation and community.
