The Buckeye National Scenic Trail Feasibility Study Public Meetings began this week

In spite of the cold weather, Buckeye Trail Association members and Buckeye Trail supporters from around Ohio showed up in force this week for the Buckeye National Scenic Trail Feasibility Study Public Meetings hosted by the National Park Service.

These sessions mark an important milestone in the process to designate the Buckeye Trail as a National Scenic Trail, a federal distinction that would bring increased resources, visibility, and long-term support for trail maintenance and development throughout Ohio.
