Support the Trail . . .

If you're interested in taking your involvement with trails and the outdoors beyond hiking, you've come to the right place.

Your help, together with that of other volunteers, will enable the association to maintain and improve the trail for future generations. The Buckeye Trail has been recognized as vital, since its path was chosen for both the North Country National Scenic Trail and the American Discovery Trail. The BT is also Ohio's Millennium Legacy Trail, and the BTA is an important member of the Ohio Trails Partnership. Your dues and contributions may be tax deductible.

Volunteers - Report Your Hours

Hundreds of volunteers are giving thousands of hours so that millions of people can enjoy the best of Ohio on the BT. Volunteer hours reported offer proof of the amount of grassroots involvement in building, maintaining, protecting and promoting the use of the Buckeye Trail. Good records of volunteer hours are critical for demonstrating public support to justify any State or Federal grants. Please take a moment to fill in the fields in the form that you can below. If you have submitted your volunteer hours on a paper form on-site already please do not record them here again.
