I have been informed that AEP recently replaced their electric pole at the corner of State Route 190 and Road U-20, just northeast of Delphos. According to their representative, the pole had the blue turn blazes on it, so they made the notification.
I have not personally had the opportunity to check on this, but should it be the case, it may be awhile before the new turn blazes it reapplied. Unless someone  know how to apply paint in -minus 10 degrees.
